Pros
Remote work- the company used to offer remote work. They don’t anymore but that was a positive. Decent pay. Steady paycheck. PLEASE Speak with future coworkers and other employees before accepting a position. Great option, if there is absolutely nothing else is available.
Cons
Toxic work culture. Management is a huge problem throughout the company. The insurance analyst position was an experience I would not repeat. This company/ manager told me not to help a disabled person again while on the clock. They lack empathy for disabled employees.
