Pros
A small company but with large company processes given its New York Stock Exchange listing. An employee can grow and take on whatever project they have great interest in and really grow and develop.
Cons
In the Oil and Gas business which is a tough place to be currently. Crude prices have dropped from over $100 to $35 per barrel which puts the whole industry, especially the smaller operator in a tough place.
