Pros

- Competitive benefits and perks. - Exposure to an international working environment. - Convenient office location with good access to public transport (LRT & MRT) and food options.

Cons

- Decision-making is often inconsistent. Plans can change last minute which creates uncertainty and disrupts workflow. The overall management style reflects a family-run business structure rather than a professionally governed corporate setup, so a lot of things depend on individual decisions rather than a proper system. - IT, HR, and operational systems are quite outdated - many processes are still manual/lack proper modernization. - Some hiring and placement practices appear to lack consistent screening standards. In some cases, hiring decisions do not seem to go through a rigorous evaluation process. When performance is not great, people tend to just get moved around to other departments, which creates operational challenges and places additional burden on the receiving teams. - Professional-personal boundaries is a vague line. It is not uncommon for senior management to delegate personal errands or non-work-related tasks to employees. Over time, this becomes normalised even though it crosses professional boundaries and can be seen as an abuse of power.
