Pros
The benefits are great and the people are nice. They have the systems in place and are pretty clear on what their expectations are from their employees. They have a great reputation and nurture the company's image.
Cons
It seems that they are taking less value in their employees. Being the only home office primarily located in CA they get away with paying people less and expecting more. With the current economic state they know people are not in a position to go elsewhere so easily and if they lose people there are a great number of candidates in the pool to choose from and bring in for less money. There is little opportunity for growth and merit increases are diplomatically given to everyone. In other words, those that work hard are equally rewarded as those that simply give as little as possible. It makes it so obvious we are all just numbers and not people to them.
