Pros
Excellent starting pay, great as a first job out of college as long as you move on within a couple of years, most of the work is easy, just be submissive and you will be embraced like a young baby. You can do practically nothing all day and get promoted as long as you smile and nod and never question any leadership decisions it can be somewhat pleasant and profitable.
Cons
Most true leaders have left the building, many executives and middle managers require serious psychological help to recover from the intense politics and outright deceptive practices. Speaking up turns your life into a living hell. They used to have great severance packages, but are now eliminating those and dropping folks with tenure like it's a mission. The tribalism is super intense. The games management plays on a regular basis are contributing to a community of fearful robots who do not innovate or even tolerate suggestions for improvements. If you have no ambition but want a paycheck doing the same thing over and over for 20 years, this could be the place for you. Most former employees don't resume their career if they stay past the 10 year mark, as the psychological baggage is intense. If you like logic and truth then this may not be a good fit for you.
