Hands-on experience working with copiers and printers in real customer environments. Strong technical learning opportunities and exposure to a wide range of equipment. Fellow technicians are knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. Good place to build field service skills and industry experience.
Cons
Management and leadership consistency varies by location and can be frustrating. Communication is not always clear, especially around expectations and workload. Work to life balance can be difficult at times, and support from leadership does not always match field demands. Growth and recognition could be better defined. During my resignation, the exit process felt abrupt and impersonal. I was asked to leave the same day without the opportunity to properly say goodbye to coworkers, which felt unnecessary given the professional relationships built over time. A more respectful off boarding process would leave a better final impression.
