      - There’s lots of opportunity to earn a lot of money - They pay for food and drinks at every work event

      Cons

      - They want to dedicate too much time and if you try to take time off you’re shamed - The environment is not healthy for people that are new to sales

      Processes not fully in place causing delay in processing customers' requests. Lack of materials used to simplify for CSR's. Not receiving an annual pay increase.
