      Good pay, over time opportunities

      Cons

      Remote office, poor support form sales, service leaders, all support is out of state, poor culture, no pay increases, mandatory overtime, over worked and over stressed. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews out of Texas. Techs, not worth the hassle.

      Processes not fully in place causing delay in processing customers' requests. Lack of materials used to simplify for CSR's. Not receiving an annual pay increase.
