      Pros

      They're very good at welcoming new people . They're trying to go above and beyond to make you feel like you're welcome at the company. Which is a benefit since we hire new people every few months.

      Cons

      There management has a policy where only people that matter are sales. If you're not sales you don't matter Or you can be replaced. Pay for everyone not in sales is ridiculous low.

      Processes not fully in place causing delay in processing customers' requests. Lack of materials used to simplify for CSR's. Not receiving an annual pay increase.
