Senior leadership has zero regard for field employees or patients. This organization puts so much emphasis on performance, the turnover rate of Patient Care Coordinators is close to 85%. The expectation is to work 60+ hours each week, regardless of impact on employees. Senior leadership has little to no outside management or previous leadership experience. Integrity with the lead sales executive is questionable. Important to realize - Medicare dependency makes the financial future bleak.
