      Pros

      During my time at PRE I had the opportunity to work with a great team of engineers from others disciplines (not only telecommunication). That allowed me to work in an interdisciplinary and collaborative way which make me improve my technical and management skills in EPC projects.

      Cons

      Projects last too long due to clients and company management changes and causes some instability for workers.
