I have been working with pacific smiles dental for a while now. And was with a different firm prior and my old firm was so much better you were recognised for your work. Since working for pacific smiles we have not received a pay rise in 5 years and they pull you up for the small thing that are wrong and never praise you on the good things you do. Infection control only applys to the staff not the dentist which is wrong the rule are there for a reason and it should abide by everyone. They don't like it when you stand up for your rights.the management of the centre is biased and has her her favourites, so if you want to train in other things your out of luck.
