About half of the coworkers I worked with were nice and helpful

Everyone was always stressed out, the clients/customers were a nightmare to deal with, it was fairly common for a crew member both FOH and BOH to break down crying in the backroom. The sous chefs you worked with were either nice and helpful or mean spirited and made you cry as well
