Pros
Every task I was asked to do was previously explained by someone from the Operations Team. There was an opportunity to clear any doubts about the tasks simply by talking to one of the team. I worked remotely, however, I felt engaged and motivated in every project and involved with different clients. After each job, I received feedback on what I had done and what I could have done better.
Cons
Coordinating with the team across different schedules sometimes caused delays.
