      Pros

      PackSmart is a very friendly company, with lots of nice and engaging employees. Lots of projects going on and I'm given a lot of room to decide how I wish to approach an issue instead of going one fixed route. I really like the team and the opportunity for exposure to different business practices.

      Cons

      Traffic in and around the area gets pretty bad. There are a lot of warehouses surrounding the office so expect large semi-trucks blocking roadways to the office while attempting to back into a dock.

      Pros

      Good flexibility on hours. Nice coworkers. Professional. Good work from home flexibility. Good training system in place. Don't take work "home" with you after hours. EOS is a good system. Very low amount of "workplace drama".

      Cons

      Benefits a bit lacking and bonus incentives could be more enticing.

      Fantastic management, runs on Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Reputable name in the Chicagoland area. 45 years in business speaks for itself

      Benefits are not as competitive with larger companies.
