      Pros

      The company has been growing and investing in education for the employees. Their training has improved since I started in 2012. They are willing to listen to anyone who has an idea. Last employer didn't have the open communication like such.

      Cons

      Moves fast and can be long days which has been hard sometimes.

      Good in house continuous improvement programs with local college, listen to ideas, great people to work for

      Could use more training with their computer system.

      Everything here is a con no one works as a team everything broke don’t wanna buy what is need to fix everyone is scared of owner
