      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Typical large company culture.

      Cons

      Absolutely no formal product training when hired on. Too much administrative work that keeps you in the office and not out in the field were you belong. Management and goals are constantly changing. Never a constant focus. Selling commodity type items focusing on price rather than the features, advantages and benefits of the product.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
