Pros
a job with benefits that are good, but expensive
Cons
Lack of stability,no long term goals,complete disconnect with field. Even the benefits are run by a 3rd party same with 401 k are their service is horrible. Favoritism, people of color and females need not apply. The policy is 3 years and hire new employees no long term employees, unless you're a good old boy or friends with the good old boy. Bully mentality
