      Pros

      The company focuses on new employee retention. They like to hire from within, so there are occasional opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Unfortunately they don't put effort into long term employee retention. New employees get hired on at higher salaries, while the more tenured employees get promotions/raises that are percentage based building from their original starting pay, without being repriced.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
