As a temporary staff member, I experienced exclusion and was treated differently within the team. The workplace culture involved gossip, intensive monitoring, and a lack of support. I felt undervalued and distrusted in that environment. While the company presented itself as caring and supportive, my experience did not reflect those values in practice.
