      Pros

      Pages BBDO is a Multinational that works with many popular brands, this will help you build a good portfolio and will look good on your CV.

      Cons

      The payment is not the best and as Ad agencies tend to be (at least in Dominican Republic) you are expected to work overtime with no extra payment. This happens often and unexpectedly.
