HIGH reception turnover
can set almost illegal breakstimes, owner will skimp out on breaks if possible.
owner is also very rude and will be on top of you outside of work hours if you let her.
wage can be very inconsistent, again trying to skimp out on pay.
overbooking happens due to owner scheduling that way often, causing tensions with reception and nail technicians.
some nail techs can be very overbearing, and watchful of you and in your business.
