Don’t recommend at all - Anonymous employee Pairwise Employee Review

The most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. People are overworked and burned out. The company’s goals are achieved at the expense of the employee’s sustainability and sanity. There is very little appreciation for the brilliant employees in the lab. The ideas of “culture” and “diversity and inclusion” are pushed but misses the mark completely when implemented. Not a great place to work if you want to be promoted or maintain any joy in your life.
