Pros
If the manager likes you, you're guaranteed to be treated well by everyone. Fun business if you can get by the social politics.
Cons
Alot of turnover. Managers come and go, a lot of office politics and drama. If the new manager doesn't like You, your days there are numbered. Bait and switch is the name of the game. Personally had false promises of a partnership which I couldn't get over.
