      Long hours, uncomfortable work clothing/ slash vest, not guaranteed breaks, toilet breaks must be requested not always respected by other staff shift work pay is mediocre.

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
