Pros
BBQs once a year, average salary, lots of policies in place which helped with winning bids and tenders. Most employees were fairly young too so the environment was fairly laid back.
Cons
Very corporate. You were a small fish and upper management did not care about who you were. People were very caught up in their titles and those above you did not talk to you.
