      Pros

      Lot of hours, working with peace officers is great too.

      Cons

      High turn over and no experienced managers. Guards hired barely spoke English. We weren't your normal security gig. There was a lot to learn and do and you can't do that if you're not fluent.

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
