They still treat me in the same kind, encouraging manner that they did on my first day, even though I've been with Paladin for over 3 years now. Even if I ask something that may seem trivial, they're always willing to help me out to the fullest extent necessary. the fact that they actually enjoy helping and teaching makes my job easier, but more so a lot more enjoyable. I don't ever have to worry about asking a "dumb" question or getting put down for not knowing something. Takes away a lot of stress!
