      Fair, treat every employee equally

      Cons

      Perhaps that is with most security companies but Paladin really struggle with accomodating shifts, they used to call late at night or very early in the morning to ask for guards availability

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
