      Good pay, supportive coworkers, flexible schedule. The company provides decent benefits, and the training is thorough. Management is generally approachable, and you can gain experience in different areas of security.

      Cons

      Long shifts and often under-staffed. There's limited opportunity for advancement unless you're willing to relocate or switch departments. The workload can be heavy during peak hours, and there’s sometimes a lack of communication between shifts.

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
