Pros
Pay & Benefits were above average for those who had initiative. Generally nice office conditions. I had excellent relationship with union shop.
Cons
Unsettled upper management. Frequent turnover or re-assignment of managers at multiple levels, left almost nothing take root and achieve corrective changes or long term improvements. Increasingly stifled ingenuity of the people.
