      - Pay and benefits are not competitive - No work life balance - Very political - High staff turnover - Frequent redundancies - Huge amounts of change without planning. Roles are not back filled. - No loyalty to staff - Abusive employment practices - Bullying environment

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
