      Good company, have well structured business model based on Danaher Business System DBS.

      Cons

      Decision making is questionable, lakes proper leadership structure, local workforce either leave due to bad managers or forced to leave. Bottom line, avoid this company if you care about your career.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
