      Lots of opportunities for growth between departments, pay is good with bonus scheme, nice facilities and generally very nice people.

      Cons

      Management in some areas are not qualified but sheltered. Certain labs group is dominated by one person.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
