      Slow in evrything could be a pro, in particular if you are a fast in your action lists. Depending on your manager (direct manager but also director of the department), you can be well considered... or not.

      Cons

      Nobody is taking a decision without referring to others and to manager and director. So... slow...

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
