      Great place to work at. Loads of opportunities, very competent people in all areas and at all levels.

      The normal downsides of working for a very large corporation: change takes time, beaurocracy etc.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
