      Pros

      Friendly work environment and great support from co-workers. Work from home when not on the road. They have great benefits. There is Opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      You do have to travel a lot but other than that I really don't have any cons. I would how ever rather of had a car allowance instead of a company car.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
