Business outlook
Pros
They are willing to spend more to attract talent from other MNCs who underpay. Whether they will give competitive increments is yet to be seen. Work culture is good. Teammates are competent. No superiors WhatsApp-ing you outside of working hours.
Cons
Insurance is quite lacking. No panel for outpatient. Also the global higher ups just announced that they would be bringing everyone back 100% on site for 2025 onwards, thus taking away Work From Home. Such a backwards step.
