Pros

Diversified portfolio inherited from several companies acquired over 2013-2016. Some smart technical staff from legacy companies, but many have left. Strong legacy programs that bring in revenue, but declining profit potential. Decisive leadership often seen, but if the decisions are themselves incorrect..?

Cons

Poor integration threatens CEO/leadership's overblown hype about company prospects and vision. Company remote-controlled from Dubai corporate offices till recent decentralization prompted by employee dissent. See cons included above. Verdict on long-term viability still out, but anticipate that lengthy teething process with new companies will continue. Poor culture of promoting technical skills, work culture, and benefits. Pay for senior management matches market. Pay for junior staff average or below average. Several ineffectual senior management and senior technical staff continue to be retained.

Pros

great work environment; supportive environment; lots of professional development

Cons

not a lot of job growth for everyone (only a few director roles, and not many women were in leadership roles); annoying that to get promoted you had to apply to an open position instead of getting a cycle promotion, which was more difficult to get.
