Management created a toxic work environment where staff were frequently spoken to disrespectfully and pressured unnecessarily. Concerns were ignored rather than addressed professionally. Communication often felt intimidating rather than supportive, which made the workplace stressful and demoralising. I would not recommend working here unless major changes are made to how employees are treated.
