Management. Minimal staff. Unrealistic expectations for employees, regarding time off and sick days. Being asked to come in and work when sick with the flu, and contagious - it's not healthy. Also tanning is being stripped because numbers are in the green and yellow (not even red) - so when they say "free tanning" it is at the store managers discretion - and it's usually a power move, not to help the salon as a whole.
