      You get weekends and holidays off

      Cons

      Pay sucks, paras help so much and don’t get paid enough. Even substitutes abuse that and when they cover in a class let the paras teach while they sit down and do nothing!

      It’s hot in the desert-I spent a long time commuting out because it’s hard to get hired here.
