Incompetence Everywhere! - CDL Route Driver Palmer Bus Service Employee Review

Everyone with ANY authority is either too incompetent or too lazy to get anything done. Literally, unanswered parent concerns, unanswered behavior write ups, route directions are never correct, student lists aren't up to date, buses are unmaintained, paychecks are wrong 50% of the time, rumors and drama are constantly spread and HR is a joke, training is the bare minimum and is only for obtaining your license, the community despises the workers, no paid holidays, no consistent pay scale....and I could go on and on!
