Good contracted pay and hours

Very poorly organised, no support since the very beginning, rookie mistakes (borderline cowboys), no clue about operating/running a unit, really unprofessional by not respecting the contract T&Cs, no taking accountability for their mistakes (aka lying..), HR clueless about the basic and unhelpful

The working time well fit in children's school hours and holidays. Small friendly team. No qualification needed. You will be trained while you are working. You can enjoy chat with children.

Constant shortage of staffing level. Frequent change of management staffs. Quite heavy work load for minimum wage.
