Working for this company has taught me personal and career growth. The administration works hard to improve work flows, facilities and technology to allow our staff to best take care of our patients. We have multiple offices where most of us work near by or in the town we live in. We volunteer often in our communities to support and give back to our patients.

As in most health care settings insurance companies are quality driven and have high expectations for our patients to complete care guidelines. It can be difficult for patients that do not have health insurance to meet the guidelines the insurance company requires for the outside specialist.

Some team members are great to work with but no one stays very long

Questionable pay practices. Work weekends for “comp time”. Good luck taking it. Stated mission, vision and values is not what actually happens there.
