None at all, to be honest.

- False commitments to employees and clients - Salary is a privilege if you receive it at all - All work is outsourced and mismanaged, so if you are committing to the client and dealing with outside vendors, you will end up facing all the heat, as the vendors will not get there payments, and the client will get a horrible service - They run multiple businesses and rotate the money which ends up in their own messes, and you will end up not getting your wages on time because they have a pile of pending dues

Whatever mentioned in cons are the pros

If i have an option for zero rating I would have given that.. It's a WordPress company. They are not used to any other technologies. There are only a few employees in the organization. They will show you exaggerated visions and a fake employee count during the interview period. Two co-founders do everything. They interfere every minute in finance, HR, coding, testing, managing, sales and even sweeping and mopping the place for day today work. Micromanaging at the level best. It's a one-man show. No new ideas or strategies from employees are not welcomed here. They do not have any concerns about employees and not even clients. For girls it's the worst place to work. I have seen the women employees go through harsh experiences here and make them resign without giving past months salaries .
