      Knowledgeable of the contract, players and client mission. Small, experienced, dedicated and professional management allows the company to act quickly and decisively.

      Cons

      Salaries are good, benefits are good, but not the best in the area.

      4 weeks PTO, pretty good pay, distant leadership but fairly supportive when you need it, good work/life balance

      Cons

      extremely expensive healthcare; if on working for Paltech through a contract with the gov, it is unlikely you'll be given an annual raise or evaluation
