- Since starting at PamTen, I have learned best practices to achieve success at projects. -PamTen is backed with strong immigration measures. - PamTen makes my work life easier by conducting regular meetings with entire PamTen family to know about on going changes in the IT industry. Also, identifying the training needs to get employees ready for upcoming technology challenges. -It is not only a consulting firm but it is also an organization with in house project’s development with wide footprint across at different geographic locations. - I’m proud to work at PamTen because it driven by passion to transform the lives of underprivileged children through a sister organization, SOFKIN . This show case their highest level of moral & ethics in industry. - The key person in this organization is Mr. Prasad (COO). He is down to earth person who will be just a phone call away to listen to employees and resolve the issues with in the norms & policies of PamTen Inc. Please note: Above mentioned points are my true experience with Pam Ten. Having said that, I will revisit my feedback if any thing change in future.
