There are really no cons to this job, pay, hours, employees and management are all awful
Cons
Horrible pay, regular hours, but terrible raises and bonuses. If you work in the call center, you will be treated horribly, not only by the customers but by the company as a whole. There are better jobs out there, do yourself the favor of looking elsewhere
