Good safety culture. Does not skimp on measures to prevent safety incidents.

Very procedural. Takes a lot of effort to get something done because of bureaucratic rules and processes. Different salary scale and benefits for Regional and Western Expats. Very slow to adjust salaries for local employees (Lao Kip has gone down in value at 3 times since 2019).

Roster 4/2 FIFO. 15% bonus after employment contract finished.
